  5. How does iMagick bill additional hourly consulting fees beyond those hours provided in a specific Consultancy Program?
    Hourly work and any billing beyond those provided for in the consultancy retainer agreement or consulting contract is tracked and invoiced either monthly or at the end of allotted hours for the term of the agreement or contract, whichever is earlier and respective to the specific agreement or contract in place. All invoices are due and payable within 10 days from delivery and receipt of the invoice.
