iMagick is a family-run wholistic business consulting service based in Palm Beach County. Keikilani Stacy Weigle and Jeff Weigle have over 40 years combined experience and expertise in business that will help your small to mid-sized business grow and prosper.

At iMagick, we look at the "whole" of your business and work with you to get you where you want to go in a direction and through processes that will get your business healthier, more efficient and profitable.

Working with you to develop clear programs that are custom tailored to your business needs, iMagick fills the gap that you may not have time to fill. You will have total focus from iMagick that is honed in on your business successfully expanding its current marketing, business development, strategic partnering and/or sales efforts, as well as project-specific management and program-implementation services.

If you do research on the current standard fees for some consultants and project managers, you will find that their hourly rate ranges from $250.00 to over $350.00 per hour, whether they work onsite at your business or not. We've heard clients tell us that they have ended end up with anywhere from $7,500.00 to $15,000.00 or more per month in consulting fees.

For most businesses, iMagick believes that is just overkill and we have developed a philosophy that what goes around, comes around. So, we believe in quality service without quantity fees.

That's why iMagick launched three New Era Consultancy Retainer Programs in early 2009, in addition to their three original Legacy Key Consultancy Program offerings. Giving you affordable options that will provide your business with access to the marketing, business development, strategic partnering, sales, project management and/or program implementation consulting services that it may need is a priority for iMagick.

Regardless of whether you choose an iMagick Legacy or New Era Program, all programs are customized to match the specific needs of your business with the specific professional assistance from iMagick to help you evaluate, consult, plan, organize, implement, promote, expand and/or grow your business from where you are to where you want to go.

There are several different iMagick Consultancy Programs to choose from. Each Consultancy Program is designed to be the perfect fit to meet the needs of any small to mid-size businesses that has a vision for their future. As long as your vision is coupled with determination to become a more clarified vision that can be put into action for your business with the support of iMagick, you will see positive results.

Whether you have a limited or smart unlimited budget with short-term to long-term needs for iMagick's business consulting, project management and/or program implementation services, we are confident that there is a program that will fit your needs.

NEW ERA CONSULTANCY RETAINER PROGRAMS:

Platinum (Annual) New Era Program (48 hours over 12-months): discounted hourly rate $175.00

$8,400.00 retainer for up to forty-eight (48) hours of services over twelve (12) consecutive months - PLUS 4 FREE HOURS. This is the most cost effective and hassle-free program that is available for growing businesses or those wanting to become more effective and grow.  For this nominal fee you can retain iMagick for 12 consecutive months and have access to up to 48 devoted hours of off or on-site services, plus get 4 hours FREE. Additional hours beyond 52 total hours over 12 consecutive months will be billed at a fee rate of $200.00 per hour. A consultancy retainer agreement is required. 

Gold New Era Program (8 hours/2-months): hourly rate $200.00

$1,600.00 retainer for up to eight hours (8) of services over two (2) consecutive months - PLUS 2 FREE HOURS.  For this nominal fee you can retain iMagick for 2 consecutive months and have access to up to 8 devoted hours of off or on-site services, plus get 2 hours FREE. Additional hours beyond 10 total hours over 2 consecutive months will be billed at a fee rate of $225.00 per hour. A consultancy retainer agreement is required. 

Silver New Era Program (4 hours/1-month): hourly rate $225.00

$900.00 retainer for up to four (4) hours of services within one (1) month. For this  1-month program, you can retain iMagick for 1 single month and have access to up to 4 hours of off or on-site services. Additional hours beyond 4 total hours in 1 single month will be billed at a fee rate of $250.00 per hour. A consultancy retainer agreement is required. 

(ANNUAL) LEGACY KEY CONSULTANCY PROGRAMS:

DEVOTED Legacy Key Program (40 hours per month for 12 months): annual rate $60,000.00, with the monthly fee of $5,000.00 due and payable at the start of each month

For this annual program, you and your business will have devoted access of up to 40 hours per month for 12 consecutive months of off or on-site services from iMagick. Under the Devoted Legacy Key Program, your net cost per hour for iMagick services under this program would actually be $125.00 per hour. At the end of the annual contract, any additional hours beyond 480 total hours over 12 consecutive months that is included under the contract will be billed at a fee rate of $150.00 per hour. A consultancy contract is required.

LOYALIST Legacy Key Program (30 hours per month for 12 months): annual rate $54,000.00, with the monthly fee of $4,500.00 due and payable at the start of each month

For this annual program, you and your business will have devoted access of up to 30 hours per month for 12 consecutive months of off or on-site services from iMagick. Under the Loyalist Legacy Key Program, your net cost per hour for iMagick services under this program would actually be $150.00 per hour. At the end of the annual contract, any additional hours beyond 360 total hours over 12 consecutive months that is included under the contract will be billed at a fee rate of  $175.00 per hour. A consultancy contract is required.

DEDICATED Legacy Key Program (20 hours per month for 12 months): annual rate $42,000.00, with the monthly fee of $3,500.00 due and payable at the start of each month

For this annual program, you and your business will have devoted access of up to 20 hours per month for 12 consecutive months of off or on-site services from iMagick. Under the Dedicated Legacy Key Program, your net cost per hour for iMagick services under this program would actually be $175.00 per hour. At the end of the annual contract, any additional hours beyond 240 total hours over 12 consecutive months that is included under the contract will be billed at a fee rate of $200.00 per hour. A consultancy contract is required.

Note: All programs above are negotiable on a case by case basis per client. The programs and fees listed above do not include any travel expenses (auto, air, hotel, etc.) that may be incurred to support you and your business, nor do they include services that may be out of the scope of work that is pre-identified in a mutually negotiated, accepted and agreed to executed consultancy retainer agreement or consultancy contract.
